🕒 Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days from the delivery date.

📦 Item Condition

Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or order number.

🚫 Non-returnable (Final Sale) Items

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale or placed in Clearance/Offers collections.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Hygiene or personal care products once opened.
  • Gift cards and digital items.

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Zain Store will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📬 How to Return

  1. Submit a return request through your store account or by emailing zainbabyhouse@gmail.com with your order number and clear product photos.
  2. Once approved, you will receive the return address to ship the product using a trackable shipping service.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item within 2–4 business days, we will notify you of the outcome.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: You may exchange the product for a different size or color of the same item (subject to availability).

⚠️ Damaged or Incomplete Items

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

📝 Important Notes

  • Return requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • Zain Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
