🚚 Shipping & Delivery

⏱️ Dispatch Time Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

📍 Delivery Timeframes

• Cairo: 1–2 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days

👀 Product Preview / Inspection

• Cairo & Giza: Delivery is available with in-person product preview — you can inspect the item with our delivery representative before completing payment.
• Other Governorates: In-person preview is not currently available outside Cairo & Giza. To ensure full transparency, we record a detailed video/photo of your exact product (packaging, condition, and all details) before shipping, which is shared with you prior to dispatch.

📞 Address Confirmation We will contact you to confirm the shipping address before dispatch.

💳 Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order details.

🏦 Deposit Requirement A 20% deposit is required during the order confirmation process for:

• Any order exceeding EGP 10,000, or
• Special request / custom-ordered products

The deposit must be paid to confirm the order, and the remaining balance will be settled upon delivery or as agreed with the customer service representative.
